Meet the Team

Robert is a Senior Development Manager and has been with Apex since 2019. Prior to that he taught history, sociology, and environmental studies at Unity College and the University of Maine and was a 2011 Fulbright scholar working on historical resource management communities. He is a PhD ABD at the University of Maine, has an MA from the University of New Hampshire and a BA from Colby College. Rob works on projects in ISO-NE, NYISO, PJM, and now MISO as well.

Anna Richey is Director of Public Engagement at Apex. Anna's career has included managing local, state, and federal campaigns, and working in and around government for the better part of two decades. Before joining Apex in 2021, she worked in the nonprofit sector, leading energy policy development in rural Minnesota. This experience solidified a passion for clean energy and how it can contribute to the stability and revitalization of rural areas, particularly. Now, she oversees Apex's community outreach efforts in the western half of the country, as well as Texas, Oklahoma, and Kansas, directly. When she's not working, she's fishing Minnesota's abundant lakes and rivers.
